This is a great opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join a well-established and successful organisation based at the UK Head Office in Newton Abbot. This is initially a 12 month fixed term contract, but with the planned growth for the business, it mayextend beyond 12 months into a permanent opportunity.

As Sales Coordinator you will work across sales, technical and procurement to manage and fulfill high value orders for one of the organisation’s major customers.

The Sales Coordinator is the main point of contact for all product and order enquiries, supplying quotes, timescales and updates, as well as reporting on supply chain issues and KPIs.

What will the job involve?
- Responding to requests for quotations with accurate price and delivery information.
- Liaising with colleagues across warehouse, technical and other departments as well as transport providers to resolve and progress orders.
- Sourcing product information, recording accurately and advising the customer of different pricing options.
- Updating and reporting to the customer on the status of deliveries on a weekly and monthly basis.

Skills and experience:

- Customer service experience, ideally gained in a B2B environment, working to agreed service levels.
- Strong IT skills including MS Office and specifically Excel.
- Accuracy, organisation along with the ability to work under pressure.
- Professional communication skills, with a task-orientated approach.
