Job title: After-Sales Coordinator

**Salary**: £23,175 (plus an achievable bonus structure of up to £2000 per year, paid quarterly)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm (normally 8am - 5pm with 1hr overtime, paid at at time and a half)
Overtime: paid at time and a half for time worked above the basic 40-hour week
Location: Trusham

As an Aftercare / After-Sales Coordinator, you will be working in a team of 20 for a unique company which specialises in vehicle adaptation. The company provides accessible transport to cover a range of customer needs, including mobility solutions for wheelchairusers, minibuses, and camper vans.
Duties to include:

- Arranging servicing and repair visits for customers vehicles
- Planning the visits around your designated area and engineer's workload, including booking travel and accommodation if required
- Ensuring parts and all information are available to the engineer in time for those visits
- Invoicing all completed visits in a timely manner / organising a return visit if required
- Supporting Motability customers with any and all vehicle queries for the term of their lease
- Liaising between customers & third parties (Motability, main dealers, Kwik Fit, RAC etc) to make, confirm & charge for bookings
