Job Overview:
Saturday night shift patterns of 22:30 - 03:30/ 23:30 - 08:30 flexible based on availability and need of the business.

Relief shifts for holiday and sickness 23:30-08:30 4 on/ 4 off, based on availability.

General assistant hours may be available in other departments, based on availability and desire to work in other areas of the hotel.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests and assist with luggage as required
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as the spa facilities, lobby and entrance
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
- Support the front desk with check-ins and check-outs
- Ensure security by monitoring access points

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel environment is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle various tasks simultaneously
- Good physical condition to handle luggage and stand for extended periods
