We are offering a
**temporary** contract starting ASAP with an excellent pay rate of
**£11.39** per hour
**About the role**
The Customer Service Specialist will provide a consistent and exceptional service to the company’s retail customers. This will include ensuring that positive retailer and customer outcomes are at the heart of everything they do. The Customer Service Specialist will ensure that the right solution for every customer is delivered following their first contact.
The role holder will undertake all activities that contribute to an exceptional retailer and customer service experience, including proactive customer contact, data management, completion of service requests and complaint management.
**About you**
- You will have previous experience of working in a people focussed environment, with previous customer service or administrative experience.- You will be a good listener, enjoy talking to people and have great attention to detail.- You will have a ‘can do’, positive attitude and will relish solving problem’s.- You will be computer literate, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.If this sounds like something for you
