Internal Sales and Customer Service Specialist

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Discussing the range of available products and garments with the customer, offering advice on personalisation including embroidered and heat transfer logos.
- Promoting additional products across the workwear and safety wear range, as well as footwear and PPE.
- Making contact with the accounts on our database to identify new opportunities for our specialists and sales team.
- Preparing and supplying quotes to new clients, customers and the sales team
- Liaising with suppliers for pricing and stock enquiries to fulfil quote requests
- Customer service follow ups ensuring orders have been received

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Previous experience in workwear, uniform, clothing, PPE is preferred but not essential.
- Sales background, or strong customer service, account management experience.
- Customer focused with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
- Excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail.
