An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Internal Sales Executive to join a growing business that provides organisations across the UK with Managed Print Solutions, Document, Content Management, and Workflow Software, Mail Solutions and Digital Transformationas organisations move from paper and manual processes. Along with a basic salary of £25-£30k per annum, you will receive an achievable 1st year OTE of £35-£40k+ bonus scheme and commission, along with many company benefits including hybrid working and flexiblehours available.
The company is an expanding provider of technology workplace solutions, providing office print devices, hybrid and outsourced mail, software, and workflow solutions. They help organisations on their digital transformation journey as they move away from printand paper-based processes to be replaced with document, content management, automation, digital forms, and workflows.
**As an Internal Sales Executive you will**:

- Target organisations with a turnover more than £2m to identify new opportunities for the company’s services and solutions
- Promote the company to new customers and drive new business activity forward
- Achieve revenue and gross margin targets
- Ensure all prospect and suspect accounts are fully profiled with accurate information
- When required, support face-to-face customer meetings to increase conversion of the opportunity pipeline
- Build effective relationships with prospective and existing customers to enable a consultative selling approach
- Contact prospects via the telephone
- Be accountable for managing all sales activity to ensure the required levels of output and customer intelligence is created

**We are looking for an Internal Sales Executive who has the following skills and experiences**:

- Previous sales experience and track record in IT or print solutions
- A positive attitude and motivated to achieve targets
- Experience building and maintaining a prospect pipeline
- Self-motivated and be able to work from own initiative
- An understanding of the selling processes such as - SPIN
- Tenacious, adaptable, and resilient
- Articulate and good telephone skills
- Previous experience using CRM systems preferably Salesforce
