We have an excellent opportunity for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Support Executive to work for one of the UK’s largest suppliers of multi-brand diagnostic tools for Trucks, Buses, Coaches, Vans, HGVs, Trailers, AGV, OHW & Light commercial vehicles based in their internal sales department in Swadlincote, Derbyshire. About the company Our client delivers innovative diagnostic products and telephone technical support second to none. Founded in 2005, it is one of the largest suppliers of multi-brand diagnostic tools for Trucks, Trailers, Bus/Coach, Agri, OHW and Cars and is an EOT (employee ownership trust). After 12 months of continuous employment every employee qualifies for an EOT bonus which has no upper limits and benefits from being tax free for the first £3600. About the role  As a Sales Support Executive, you will be reaching out to prospective new clients while supporting and assisting the existing sales team. Your main responsibilities will include: Maintaining and developing the company CRM system to provide an accurate up-to-date source of information about prospective clients and customer details Working with the internal sales team, marketing team and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximise revenue opportunities Providing follow-up support through outbound calling to prospective clients Assisting field-based representatives in sourcing and providing information Assisting in growing customer accounts and ensuring a regular contact cycle is maintained About you  To be successful for the role of Sales Support Executive, you must be / have: Strong organisational skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook 365 especially Excel and Word Experience working with CRM systems - knowledge of sales force is ideal but not essential  Sales driven, enjoy meeting targets, loves customer service and driving customer spend Ability to learn and pass on technical knowledge about the product range Ability to multitask Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) Have a positive can–do attitude, working with a 1-team 1-goal mentality About the rewards  For the role of Sales Support Executive, you will work Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and there is an excellent salary on offer of £25,000 to £30,000 per annum depending on experience and benefits include: Yearly EOT bonus (employee ownership trust) after 12 months of continuous employment EVERY employee qualifies for an EOT bonus which has no upper limits and benefits from being tax-free for the first £3,600 Company contribution to a statutory pension scheme Vivup employee benefits programme, which includes discounts in many retailers and an Employee Assistance Programme, which provides mental health support services BHSF health cash plan Financial contribution to everyday medical services (such as dentist appointments, eye tests, prescriptions etc.) On-site free parking
