Position Summary

We are offering a challenging and rewarding position to support the Data & Information team within Aftermarket Operations. The Data & Information team works with Big Data and digital technologies to give our customers greater control of their operations. Through actionable intelligence, we empower our customers to make the shift from reactive, rapid-response operations, to become more efficient, better at-risk management, a better planned and predictable business.

The primary role of the Services Business Specialist is to offer Rolls-Royce's Time & Material customers EHM Service Proposals and support them throughout their service setup process. The Services Business Specialist will also be responsible for providing EHM Service reporting to the wider Rolls-Royce community, to inform and support future strategies.

What you will be doing:

The Services Business Specialist's accountabilities include:

• Issue Reports in line with Business requirements
• Issue EHM service proposals at customer request
• Respond to customer queries
• Carry out customer Know Your Partner checks
• Co-ordinating with Rolls-Royce Commercial and Customer Business teams
• Co-ordinate customers' EHM service setups with our technical teams
• Work with customers to establish EHM services and identify future EHM opportunities
• Work with other teams to share and evolve best practices for delivery of processes

Position Qualifications:

• Familiar with Contracts - Commercial and Financial background
• Broad understanding of EHM Service value, and customer satisfaction drivers
• A good understanding of commercial and financial concepts, procedures and a strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to work tactfully with customers through potentially sensitive issues

Preferred Requirements:

• Good IT user skills, working with applications such as Excel, Power BI
• Appreciation of Know Your Partner process
• Strong team player with ability to work independently and demonstrated ability to deliver to time and quality
