The Data & Information team works with Big Data and digital technologies to give our customers greater control of their operations. Through actionable intelligence we empower our customers to make the shift from reactive rapid-response operations to become more efficient better at-risk management a better planned and predictable business.The primary role of the Services Business Specialist is to offer Rolls-Royces Time & Material customers EHM Service Proposals and support them throughout their service setup process. The Services Business Specialist will also be responsible for providing EHM Service reporting to the wider Rolls-Royce community to inform and support future strategies.What you will be doing:The Services Business Specialists accountabilities include:Issue Reports in line with Business requirementsIssue EHM service proposals at customer requestRespond to customer queriesCarry out customer Know Your Partner checksCo-ordinating with Rolls-Royce Commercial and Customer Business teamsCo-ordinate customers EHM service setups with our technical teamsWork with customers to establish EHM services and identify future EHM opportunitiesWork with other teams to share and evolve best practices for delivery of processesPosition Qualifications:Familiar with Contracts - Commercial and Financial backgroundBroad understanding of EHM Service value and customer satisfaction driversA good understanding of commercial and financial concepts procedures and a strong attention to detailStrong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
