**Shift pattern**: Monday - Friday 08:00 to 16:00 (Some Flexibility may be required)

**Job summary**:
Role involves working closely with the Logistics Co-Ordinator & Finished Goods Stock Controller. Ensuring that all dispatching of orders is completed as well as general office duties. The individual will be working within the Supply chain department, to support the Warehouse & Logistics demands and will be liaising with the Customer Services Team, and other key departments within the business. The individual will also be reporting on a daily basis to the Senior Logistics Coordinator but ultimately to the Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities include:

- Continuous liaison with internal stakeholders including Warehouse, Planning, Finance and Customer Services.
- Liaise with external haulage companies as required.
- Support the Senior Logistics Coordinator as required on a daily basis.
- Prepare Pick and Dispatch Documentation, on instruction from the Customer Services Team and Export department as and when orders are required.
- To be able to cover for the Senior Logistics Coordinator in times of absence.
- Assist the Stock Controller and Senior Logistics Coordinator with discrepancy investigations and stock control queries.
- Involves working closely with the Warehouse Manager & Senior Logistics Coordinator to support and enable goods to be dispatched on time and in full, to required standard.
- Any other reasonable duty required to benefit the department or the business. (This list is a guide, and not exhaustive)

**Requirements**:
**Essential**:

- English and maths GCSE’s essential - Grade 4 or above (or equivalent)
- Working in an office environment essential.
- ICT Skills - Microsoft Office
- Communication Skills - Confident communicator - both verbally and in writing
- Team Working Skills - Good team-worker who gets on well with others
- Organisation Skills - Organise and prioritise work appropriately
- Customer Service Skills - ensuring customer satisfaction
- Numeracy skills

**Desirable**:

- Driving is desirable.
- Logistics and supply chain Knowledge desirable
