**You and Your Team**:
As a HR Co-ordinator, you will be reporting to the HR Shared Services Manager. You’ll be part of the HR department and supporting all the HR team, internal clients, all departments and colleagues.

**In your day-to-day role, as a HR Co-ordinator you will**:

- End to end delivery of on boarding administration processes, including thorough background checks and creation of contracts
- Support and deliver end to end employee lifecycle processes, including all change processes, from hours changes through to promotions
- Act as the first point of call for all HR queries, providing basic guidance where possible or identifying best HR Specialist to support
- Support Employee Relations Team with walk ins, from dealing with basic queries to setting up meetings

- Uses own initiative and ability to work with mínimal guidance
