Office Administrator

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join a long and well-established Mortgage Brokers based in Castle Vale Birmingham, easy access to M42 with parking
ROLE
Perform various administrative tasks to support the office operations
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain office supplies and inventory levels, ordering new supplies as needed
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls - Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records in computerized systems
- Provide general clerical support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is needed
- Proficiency in data entry and using computerized systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
