**Permanent, Full-Time**
**Office Based**
**The role**:
- Processing quotation requests
- Creating and maintaining electronic job records
- Ensure the company website is kept up to date with property details
- Create reports in PDF format
- Prepare client invoices
- Process incoming and outgoing post
- General administrative duties including, but not limited to, photocopying, office housekeeping, typing document etc.
- Take incoming calls and direct to the relevant colleague
- Provide cover for switchboard as necessary
- Liaise with internal and external colleagues building and maintaining strong working relationships
- Provide support to other colleagues as business needs arise
**To be successful, you will**:
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office
- Have a professional and friendly manner
- Have experience in a similar administrative role
- Experience in the property sector is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Be pro-active
- Have a keen attention to detail
- Be ambitious - career progression is available
