Duties
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and attended to
- Manage and maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records
- Assist with data entry and database management
- Support the coordination of events, conferences, and meetings
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, and mailing Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation and collaboration
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette with the ability to handle inquiries and direct calls appropriately

**Salary**: £11.00-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
