Due to expansion, my client is looking to recruit a Finance Administrator to support a small team of four. Acting as the first point of contact for the department you will help to resolve finance queries and support the day to day running of the financedepartment. Due to this being a six-week temporary to permanent position you MUST be available immediately.

Duties will include:

- Processing payroll timesheets for up to 250 staff
- Processing leave records, staff expenses and mileage claims
- Checking invoices against rotas and raising the relevant PO Numbers
- Complete payments via BACS
- Chase outstanding payments
- Keep financial records up to date
- Support Finance Manager with data analysis
- Act as first point of contact for department
- Previous finance experience
- Experience on Sage Line 50
- Excellent attention to detail
- Be able to prioritise and organise your own workload
- Professional telephone manner
- A good general knowledge of finance administration
