**About Our Client**:
Our client has a global presence in over 96 countries. They are a leading Manufacturing company based in Ellesmere port.
The responsibilities of the Project Administrator are:
- Support and Coordinate Project Management Office activities and communications
- Plans and controls budgets for contracts, equipment and supplies. Ensures costs are budgeted, managed and tracked appropriately.
- Manages communication channels on behalf of project leaders and answering enquiries
- Provide admin support, preparing documents to support meeting preparation and decision making process.
- Liaise with internal and external clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
- Attend meetings, recording minutes, following up with action notes
- Prepares agendas for regular leadership and executive meetings
- Provide calendar and diary management for 1 or more business leaders
- Coordinate schedules, meetings and appointments
- Arrange travel and booking accommodation when needed
- Maintain expense records and ensure all expense claims are up to date
- Direct and manage other support colleagues as needed
- Manages allocated business projects or plans
**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Project Administrator will posses:
- Previous experience in a senior/strong administration position
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisation experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Proactive approach to work
- Experience dealing with Financial and PMO jargon is desirable
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to work under pressure.
