With 3,000 professionals across 96 countries, we partner with maritime, defence, energy and aerospace organisations to deliver innovative safety solutions.ResponsibilitiesProvide project coordination, financial tracking, reporting and invoicing in support of engineering projects.Prepare and control technical support materials, including product and programme data packs.Organise and prepare complex documents using Microsoft and Adobe applications; gather and summarise data for special reports.Assign short‑term work schedules to achieve stakeholder expectations.Maintain a local document management system for an office or department.Draft and maintain technical and user documentation to a high standard, ensuring timely delivery and appropriate use of language.Produce standard project plans; track and report progress to plan; provide stakeholders with accurate information for decision making at agreed review points, including new product development stage gate reviews and post‑project reviews.Identify and evaluate risks, issues, dependencies and constraints; incorporate mitigating solutions into project plans and report impacts.Manage procurement and system orders; accurately transfer bill of materials requirements to relevant systems.Compile accurate and timely financial information; track and report on CAPEX spend; report any overspend quickly.Provide general administration support to the Engineering leadership team; manage diaries, including booking, tracking and reporting on travel spend.Participate in assessment, development and training activities; obtain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant.Experience, Qualifications and SkillsAccountable for meeting commitments for self and others.Deliver clear, multi‑mode communications tailored to different audiences.Balance needs of multiple stakeholders.Plan and prioritise work to meet commitments aligned with Survitec goals.Take on new opportunities and challenges with urgency, high energy and enthusiasm.Adapt approach and demeanor in real time to match shifting demands.Solve complex, high‑quantity information problems effectively.Anticipate and adopt innovations in digital and technology applications that drive business growth.Why You Should Work for Us33 days holiday including public holidaysAdditional day off for your birthdayCompany anniversary holiday benefitEnhanced maternity and paternity packageCycle to Work SchemeLife assurancePension schemeProfessional development opportunitiesEmployee Assistance ProgrammeWorkplace reward & recognition schemeHow to ApplyAt Beaufort, we want you to have the best possible interview experience.
