**Job Title: Business Coordinator**
**Location**: Hybrid Working - Tuesday to Thursday in Ellesmere Port, Monday and Friday from home
**Reporting to**: Business Support Lead
**Contract Type**: Part time - 4 days per week
**Salary & Benefits**:Salary: £27,000 (FTE)/ 25 days annual leave (pro-rata) / 10% employer contribution into a non-contributory personal pension plan / Private medical insurance
**About the Role**
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised **Business Coordinator** to join our dynamic team. This role is central to supporting the smooth running of account management, innovation processes, and business operations across the Innovation & Engagement function.
You will play a key part in facilitating meetings, maintaining systems, and coordinating communication between internal stakeholders, including legal, marketing, and communications teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for account management meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking actions.
- Coordinate the calls for innovation process, ensuring timelines and communications are managed effectively.
- Maintain and update internal IT systems and records accurately.
- Support the organisation and administration of innovation forums and related documentation, ensuring timely circulation of papers and minutes.
- Handle incoming phone calls, enquiries, and requests, screening and directing as appropriate.
- Manage diaries and arrange appointments for key personnel, ensuring smooth scheduling and coordination.
- Prepare agendas and record actions for internal meetings.
- Provide day-to-day diary management and meeting coordination.
- Deliver ad hoc administrative support to business functions, including legal, marketing, and communications teams, and other internal stakeholders.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting others.
- High attention to detail, particularly in minute-taking and document production.
- Experience using IT systems and office tools (e.g., MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
