**Join Our Team at the Glasgow Marriott Hotel**
We’re looking for enthusiastic and passionate **Banquet Bar & Drinks Associate / Event Support Experts** to join our friendly Conference & Banqueting team. This **casual, zero-hours role** focuses on **food, wine, and bar service** for a wide variety of events — from conferences to weddings and gala dinners.

**What You’ll Do**
- Deliver high-quality **food, wine, and bar service** for conferences, banquets, and private functions.
- Set up and maintain banquet bars, coffee breaks, and drinks stations according to event briefs.
- Take orders, prepare beverages, and upsell menu items where appropriate.
- Assist with wine service, including presenting, pouring, and advising guests where needed.
- Set event spaces including tables, buffets, action stations, and service areas.
- Communicate special requests, allergies, and dietary needs to the kitchen.
- Deliver a high standard of service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous hospitality or events experience preferred, ideally with food and beverage service.
- A warm, people-focused personality with excellent communication skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods during shifts.
