About the role
We are seeking a Tracking Officer to support the CME processes within the team.
The post is 37 hours per week with part-flexible working in the office and remotely.
What will you be doing?
The role is front line, fast paced and involves switching between a variety of tasks throughout the day and there is frequent multi-tasking. You will be comfortable working in a busy working environment, able to demonstrate great attention to detail in maintaining records and working to short deadlines.
Knowledge of safeguarding in education and children missing education is essential as well as having experience in liaising with families, schools and other agencies.
Working within an education background is advantageous, although not essential.
Significant experience in using various IT packages is essential.
About you
Time management and prioritising abilities are essential, along with excellent communication skills.
The ability to work alone and on your own initiative will be required.
You will be able to challenge professionals and families as required.
You will have organisation and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to making a positive difference to the lives of service users.
