Insurance Support Officer - 6 month FTC

London | Hybrid | Full-time

Are you a recent graduate looking for a step in to an insurance career or an early career professional looking to gain valuable experience? Then this could be a role for you

The Insurance Support Officer will provide key administrative and operational support to the Insurance & Risk Management function.

What you'll be doing:

  • Logging & tracking insurance claims - including maintaining the claims register, assisting in managing claims and supporting monthly reporting.
  • Managing the insurance inbox and correspondence.
  • Supporting documentation for claims and support with renewals.
  • Updating data systems - Tracking claims trends and ensuring accurate insurance records.
  • Provide support with various insurance projects.

Who you are:

  • Early career profession or recent graduate - this role is designed for someone at the start of their career.
  • An interest in insurance, risk or property.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Analytical and organised.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Motivated, proactive and willing to take initiative.
  • Experience a corporate, finance or insurance environment would be highly advantageous but not a requirement.
