**Role and responsibilities**:
PharmaReview is enjoying rapid and substantial growth and consequently we are now seeking an experienced HR professional to support our business as it expands and to amalgamate and develop our existing HR processes. As our organisation grows, we expect the HR function to develop as well, so this will be a great opportunity for an HR professional looking to develop their career.

Applicants must be able to maintain confidentiality, possess excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships at all levels. You will be joining an experienced, friendly, and collaborative team who will foster your professional development.

Typical duties include:

- Producing and tracking offer letters and contracts of employment
- Managing background checks
- Assisting the Training Manager in delivering the training plan and on-boarding material
- Issuing promotion and revision of terms letters
- Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data in our HR system (PeopleHR)
- Providing HR reports and insights to the C-Suite
- Managing our payroll provider
- Managing our benefits (Vitality) and pensions (Nest) providers
- Developing a repository of HR policies and procedures
- Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and Company policies and procedures
- Acting as first port of call for dispute resolution and other employee relations matters
- Owning the cultural development programme.

**Key requirements**:

- A minimum of three years generalist HR experience at an appropriate level, _which must include_ leading and managing the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process
- Demonstrable experience administering all stages of the employee lifecycle
- Ability to develop and drive the HR function
- CIPD qualified, part-qualified or actively studying towards qualification (ideally level 5 or above).

**Additional information**:

- 37.5 hours per week
- The role has a minimum requirement of 3 days in the office per week.

We are located within the vibrant and energetic Chiswick Park, London, W4. This is easily accessible by public transport, with four tube and rail stations within a short walk, and includes an on-site gym, restaurants, and home to regular site-wide events. The site is highly cycle friendly, with showers, security, and we offer a cycle to work scheme.
