The Customer Experience group provides support in multiple languages, covering a range of business-critical support and service tasks globally. Our team works collaboratively and with customer obsession to ensure we maintain the quality they deserve becausewe know that our products are relied upon in classrooms across the world.
**As a Multilingual Technical Customer Support Representative, you will**:
- Problem solving with the customers in multiple languages to bring about a speedy resolution to their enquiries
- Maintain detailed history on the Call Management System of all issues reported to customer support
- Achieve agreed targets (KPIs) and deliver excellent customer service
- Decide how best to resolve a customer query, deciding which queries need to be escalated and working with the appropriate teams to resolution
- Develop allocated projects designed to raise efficiency within the department, and overall customer satisfaction
**Requirements**:
- Must have strong literacy in English with one or more of the following languages: German and/or French (a 3rd language would be an asset)
- Minimum two-year helpdesk experience
- A good working knowledge of computer configurations and operating systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer care skills
- Previous knowledge of project work
