French Speaking Technical Customer Service Executive

Salary £23K - £30K
We are recruiting for a brilliant, market leading business in the technology sector. This is a company made up of 15 multilingual customer service agents, who are both passionate about languages and technology.
No technical experience is needed, they can train from scratch. The higher salary brackets are for more extensive technical experience.
They provide excellent training and a comfortable, highly modern working environment for their staff, along with great benefits.
Location: A blend of home working, with 3 days a week on site in their Blackburn office

Duties
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers
- Troubleshooting mildly technical issues, following company procedures
- Escalating more complex technical issues to a further support team
- Getting hands on with the equipment to resolve the issue.
- Being customer focused at all times and treating each call as an individual - no two calls will be the same
- Fluent French speaker is a must
- Customer focused and caring attitude
- Technical mindset
- Ideally you will already have helpdesk experience
- If not, then customer service experience with a desire to learn
- Second European language isn’t essential but is, a strong advantage
