Role Description

Provide
general end-user support
and guidance, including data backup/restoration, printer mapping, and new desktop/laptop orientation.

Develop, document, and maintain
on-site support procedures
in line with LTIM standards and policies.

Maintain
component spares inventory
for on-site technical support.

Coordinate with the
Service Desk
, third-party vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely incident resolution.

Schedule and manage on-site visits for escalated incidents or service requests.

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair
desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues.

Escalate
hardware/software bugs
to LTIM or third-party providers as required.

Handle
Installs, Moves, Adds, and Changes (IMAC)
– confirming requirements, scheduling, and verifying completion.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in
    desktop and end-user support
    (Windows environment).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes (preferred).
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple support teams and vendors.
