Reconciliation Administrator - Liverpool

Prestigious Liverpool based client requires an Administrator to assist the team with reconciling payments and data processing. The Reconciliation Administrator will help across different teams including Client Onboarding, Cash and Data Management, AccountTransfers, Asset Servicing, Settlements and Reconciliations. This is an initial 6mths role which could extend or become permanent for the right person. £13ph PAYE. Hybrid working available with 3 days in office and 2 days from home. Initial 2-3 weeks in officefor training.
- Processing of finance data
- Data collation and input and Query resolution
- Use of Excel to manipulate and reconcile data
- Following department accuracy verification procedures

Essential
- Strong Excel skills (to include use of formulas)
- Must have a high level of attention detail
- Be able to evidence past experience of identifying and correcting errors in a process/procedure
- Experience of working to short deadlines
- Data analysis
- Previous experience of settlements, dividends, payments, claims, a benefit
- Highly numerate
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to managing own deadlines and workloads
- Experience of using non Microsoft systems (including employer bespoke systems) desirable
- Experience of reconciling data. Open to graduates with data focussed degree
- Experience of using workflow systems where diary notes are required
- Financial Services experience, a benefit
