We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Reconciliations Team Lead to join our Pershing EMEA Operations team. This role is in Liverpool and is HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

- Manage a book of work to enhance our Reconciliation Platform (TLM) to deliver improved controls and efficiencies across Operations, working collaboratively with team SMEs across the business.
- Ensures that all Oversight control models and procedures are accurate and up to date.
- Develops and maintains excellent relationships with various internal and external Custodians, Banks and Fund Managers.
- Identifies and implements improvements for current systems and processes.
- Provides support to Liverpool and Chennai team drive excellent performance and streamline operating model.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

- Experience of Reconciliation processes and systems ideally TLM
- Demonstrates great passion for coaching, mentoring with excellent oversight and supervisory skills.
- Ability to organise and plan Team workload to meet high pressure Regulatory Deadlines.
- Ability to Liaise with Managers and Senior managers to identify root cause of issues and identify remediating steps to resolve.
- Experience of working in Financial Services Operations team
