**_About the role: _**

You will be working alongside the Recruitment, Onboarding and L&D teams to facilitate Horizon Care & Education Group being a 'Great Place to Work' with high levels of employee engagement and retention relative to the sector.

You will have an oversight of ER cases across our divisions and supporting on cases up to and including employment tribunal. To ensure all employment disputes are resolved as quickly, effectively, and as compassionately as possible.

The role will involve ensuring all HR policies and procedures are kept up-to-date, compliant, accessible, relevant, and appropriate for all our different divisions and any regulatory requirements.

**Key skills required**
- Experience of dealing with a variety of complex ER case work up to and including employment tribunals
- Up to date knowledge of employment law
- An interest in challenging traditional HR thinking
- Experience of working in a regulated environment
- A desire to increase employee engagement rates, retention, and stability rates
- An excellent communicator - verbal and written

This role will be home based with occasional travel so a full driving licence is essential for the role.
