A highly respected and well-known leading UK firm of accountants and business advisors are seeking an HR Consultant to join their team.
Working remotely in the field, an opportunity has arisen to join the HR Projects team. As an HR consultant, you will focus on engaging existing clients, presenting an unrivalled HR solution and maintaining that relationship. This could be through conductingregular meetings to review the service or assisting them in any HR related issues they are facing.
As an HR consultant, this role will require you to:
*Meet with companies to present the businesses HR services
*Deliver training to client managers on HR topics, or presenting to a room of directors about the benefits of outsourcing HR
*Maintain relationships with clients to ensure they are receiving the HR support they need
*Be a creative thinker, in order to suggest suitable and effective HR solutions
Skills & Experience Required:
*Public speaking - the ability to present HR solutions and discuss HR topics to different audiences
*Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
*A broad and generalist HR technical knowledge
*A basic understanding of employment law
*Experienced writing reports
*Confident in presenting to non-HR employees
*Confident in front of the camera in order to film HR content for social media
*Keen attention to detail
*A positive attitude and passion for success
This role would particularly suit an HR generalist, who is not only passionate about HR but who ideally has experiencing engaging with clients to present outsourced HR solutions, whilst continuously striving to develop long term relationships.
