The role of Finance Administrator sits within our Legal, Governance and Risk function and you will take responsibility for invoice processing and all finance related matters for a team of 45. This is a Part-time, hybrid working role (Flexible 3 days per week)
- Reporting to the Assistant to the General Counsel, the main responsibilities include:

- Monitoring the finance budget and invoice processing for the LGR team
- Using SAP and ARIBA finance systems to close weekly liaison with the LGR team and Group Finance Team
- Building good relationships, acting as key linchpin/conduit between LGR team members, Supplier Accounts Payable depts, Group Finance Team as well as the Finance Team in Brno
- Setting up new vendors, process POs and assist Group Finance with management of the LGR budget and timely processing of POs and invoices
- Liaising with internal stakeholders
- Working closely with your line manager who will advise you and help to problem solve
- Managing your workload and time scales by monitoring all areas of your productivity
- Experience/Qualifications required:

- Financially aware, literate and able to take ownership of setting up vendors, creating POs, tracking spend and having an overview of team budget
- Excel and MS Outlook advanced skills
- Previous knowledge and use of SAP and Ariba is an advantage
- Well organised and efficient with processes
- Excellent communication skills (both orally and written) to work collaboratively with others, execute key deliverables and to build strong relationships/team player
- Able to deliver to agreed and set timescales
- Credible with a high level of attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to challenging circumstances
- Good initiative and tenacity with problem solving where necessary
- Previous corporate finance experience/interest in numbers
