**Finance Administrator**
**Finance Administrator Responsibilities**:
- Reconciliation of daily transactions
- Payments of invoices
- Creating invoices for our clients
- Monitoring client fee payments via direct debit & chasing any overdue invoices
- Regular use of Excel for analysis, reconciliation of data and data entry
- Updating accountancy software and pulling regular reports
- Organising and keeping minutes from team meetings
- Liaising with St. James’ Place regarding movement of client investments, tracking movement to completion and providing regular updates to necessary parties
- Regularly updating Financial Planners on the progress with their client
- Information gathering for team, management, and senior management on a regular basis.
**Finance Administrator Requirements**:
- Proven experience with Xero accounting software
- Ability to manage workload efficiently and effectively
- Previous bookkeeping experience
- Good level of computer literacy
- Ability to build effective working relationships
- Ability to work autonomously
- Proficient with Microsoft Office - especially Excel

Hours: Full Time, 40 per week
**Salary**: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
