Job Title: Financial Administrator

We are currently looking for a Finance Administrator to join our expanding team. We are a FinTech Packager specialising in Commercial Property Finance and Business Finance. Our vision is to provide transparency and competition for all parties involved in the mortgage process.

This is a varied role in which you will have the opportunity to showcase your amazing customer service skills, liaising with direct clients, brokers and third parties. You will play a key role, supporting the team in a range of administration tasks and will have the chance to further develop your administrative and technical skills in a busy office.

The team whilst only small is growing rapidly. Giving the ability to enter at the start of something BIG Room for growth and impact is assured.

**The successful Commercial Finance Administrator will be offered**:

- Up to £30,000 Basic (depending on experience)

**To be considered for the Commercial Finance Administrator role you must have**:

- Minimum 1 years experience in a Mortgage administration position (Packager, BDM, Case Manager or Administrator).
- A good knowledge of commercial/bridging and development finance.
- Willingness to help a business grow and the mindset to challenge the status quo.

**As a Commercial Finance Administrator, some of your daily duties will be to**:

- Check mortgage packs and documents as provided by clients to ensure full compliance throughout.
- Package documents and forward/upload to the lender.
- Liaise with Estate Agents, Valuers, Lenders, and Solicitors when required and appropriate.
- Ensure that files are fully compliant and meet the standards required.
- General clerical and administration duties as requested.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, SW10 9HS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
