This Finance Administrator role is an exciting opportunity for a detail-orientated, finance person to gain exposure in an international technology company playing a key part in re-organising and taking responsibility for their supplier's finances.
**Client Details**
My client is an international, growing technology company providing insight and consultancy to their top clients, with their head office based in City of London. As they grow, their finance team are requiring an extra pair of hands to step in and improvetheir supplier records and clear a backlog of supplier reconciliations and statements.
**Description**
As the Finance Administrator your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the accounts payable team with invoice processing on netsuite
- Preparing suppliers statements
- Performing supplier reconciliations
- Collating suppliers details and documents and uploading in netsuite
- Clearing previous supplier details, updating and cleaning the supplier list
- Liasing with suppliers to ensure details are requested and correct
- Handling and resolving any supplier reconciliations
- Ad hoc finance admin
**Profile**
The successful Finance Administrator will have:
- Experience in accounts payables
- Experience using Netsuite is beneficial
- Strong excel experience
- Excellent communications skills
- Experience liasing with suppliers
- Detail orientated
- Immediately available
**Job Offer**
- £15 base hourly rate
- Immediate start
- 1 month minimum temporary contract
- Rolling contract with opportunity to be extended #
- 1 day in office, hybrid full time
- Based in City of London
