Job Introduction
**HRSS Administrator - Inchcape UK, Hebburn Head Office**

This is a part time position working Monday-Friday 10am-2pm (Rota negotiable)

As a HRSS Administrator, you will be working within our HR Shared Services department to provide a professional service and support to the business and its employees.

Main Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the payroll and HR administration teams, including:

- Communicating effectively and confidently at all levels, over the phone, face to face and in writing, offering support and guidance both externally and internally
- Assist in handling payroll and HR administration queries in a proactive, customer focused way
- Act as a comprehensive support function to the HR Administration and Payroll departments for ad-hoc tasks and future organisational projects
- Undertake other duties from time to time as required by the Senior Payroll Administrator & Senior HR Administrator.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal; confident in dealing with the full range of business users, via multiple communication channels
- Keen to learn and develop within a fast paced environment
- Strong IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a small team
- Organised, self-confident and enthusiastic
