**The purpose of the role**

As the Sales Co-Ordinator you will be joining an integral team within the business, engaging regularly with customers to answer all enquiries

As Sales Co-Ordinator **you will be responsible for**:

- Being the first point of contact for all customers as well as liaising with third parties and other internal departments
- Ensuring all information is kept accurate and up to date on the company's CRM system
- Informing customers of any changes or new information to their orders
- Processing & organising all orders and returns
- Maintaining the highest level of customer service

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service
- Excellent IT skills
- High attention to detail
