The Role

We're looking for a commercially driven, hands-on Head of Sales & Marketing to lead and grow our commercial function.

You'll take full ownership of our sales and marketing strategy — leading a talented team while managing your own direct sales pipeline and key accounts.

From asset tracking and IoT to smart communications and connectivity, you'll help transform how our customers operate and strengthen our position as the connected solutions partner for industry leaders.

This is both a leadership and delivery role — perfect for someone who thrives on accountability, measurable growth, and real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead, Grow, Inspire: Build and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team with clear accountability and measurable results.


• Own Direct Sales: Personally manage and close key customer opportunities to deliver individual and team targets.


• Strategic Growth: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across asset tracking, smart devices, DMR, and PTToC communication.


• Expand Partnerships: Build and strengthen relationships with resellers, white-label partners, and the Microsoft Co-Sell network.


• Marketing Leadership: Drive digital campaigns, events, and content strategies that elevate the Foresolutions brand.


• Customer Engagement: Oversee customer discovery, proof-of-concept delivery, and long-term success stories.


• Data-Driven Performance: Use Zoho CRM and analytics to forecast, track, and report on growth.


• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Technical, and Finance to ensure commercial success and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For


• Proven experience in B2B technology, IoT, or communications (DMR/PTToC) sales and marketing leadership.


• Track record of building and leading teams while maintaining personal sales accountability.


• Strong commercial acumen with confidence in pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue ownership.


• Excellent communicator and relationship-builder with both customers and partners.


• Familiarity with Zoho CRM, Microsoft Co-Sell, or partner-led sales models is an advantage.
