Warehouse Team Leader

The business is fast-paced, young and energetic and has been established for 7 years with a team of 7 staff providing their products to around 30 countries. They provide "all things' coffee" - so that includes selling coffee equipment, a subscription coffeemembership, importing the coffee and roasting it themselves and are at an exciting stage in their growth as they open a retail unit in Ringwood town centre. Please note that this will not be a coffee shop Is a shop to sell their equipment. This is a forward-thinking business who are socially conscious, who are professional but also fun and work within the Retail and Ecomms industries. You will be taken on the brand journey with the business as it grows, so personality fit is way more importantthan experience. The team are small, but all pull in the same direction and are passionate. You can challenge how things are done (in the right way) and put forward your own ideas for improvement. They are looking for a super organised and hands on Warehouse Operative or Team Leader to ensure their customers get the best possible experience when receiving their products. This role will also run their new 2000 sq ft warehouse based in Ringwood. **The Role** As an all-rounder you will be assisting with many aspects of operations including stock bookings, dispatch, pick and pack as well as customer service. You will be reliable, very organised and understand the importance of the customer experience when receivingtheir products. The role is hands-on and incorporates warehouse, showroom and field operations.
