**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Provide administrative support initially to Stock Controller but could lead to other areas of the business.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up to date using Sage 200 and Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain systems, both physical and electronic, for easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist in the preparation of reports.
- Collaborate with team members from various departments, providing assistance as needed to ensure systems are running up to date.
**Experience**
- Experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Interpersonal skills for effective communication with colleagues.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including data entry and office software such as Sage 200.
