**Garage Admin Assistant - Temporary**

**Droitwich**

**£11.00 per hour**

**Monday - Friday 9am -5pm**

Please note that this is a temporary position, likely but not guaranteed to last between 3 and 6 months. Ideally, we’re looking for a confident and practical assistant with experience in an administration assistant role, who can absorb data from multiple sources. As the Garage Admin Assistant, you will work closely with the Fleet Administrator and Workshop Coordinator to assist with the general administration of the workshop and vehicles. The Garage Admin Assistant will perform a variety of duties to assist the team. We are looking for a multitasker with great organisational skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle paperwork and relative documents.
- Answer and direct calls in a professional, friendly manner.
- Assist Fleet Administrator and Workshop Co-Ordinator.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
- Deal with vehicle administration from a general stand.
- Maintain and manage paperwork and systems for fleet / job data.
- Assist other internal teams with works needed.
- Review invoices and issue order numbers, and other maintenance support.
- Pull together data to provide relevant and informative management information.

As the Garage Administrator, you will have:

- The tenacity and ability to see queries and tasks through to completion.
- Excellent attention to detail and first-rate organisation skills, including the ability to plan and prioritise a busy/changing workload in a fast-paced office setting.
- A practical ability to understand information and good IT/PC literacy, especially in relation to MS Office, Excel and Outlook
- Adaptability is something that will need to be taken on board in the ever-changing work environment.
