**Role Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist customers in person or over the phone, providing information about the repair process.
- Manage the capacity of the body shop by scheduling vehicle bookings and coordinating vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups.
- Address customer and insurer inquiries, documenting details and effectively communicating them to the workshop team if needed.
- Arrange recoveries for vehicles as required.
- Handle administrative tasks such as processing parts purchase invoices, excess invoices, and sales invoices.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their repairs.
- Understanding of BMS
- Strong IT skills with experience using Microsoft platforms.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the accident repair industry or within a fast-paced business environment.
- Good understanding of motor vehicles and the repair process.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy body shop setting.
- Outstanding communication skills to effectively support the team and interact with customers.
- Knowledge of BSI standards and administration would be advantageous.
- Ad-hoc duties which may vary due to the climate.

Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
