Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients & patients, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop organisational and clerical skills within a dynamic environment. There is also the opportunity to assist the nurses with their duties.
Duties
- Greeting clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Managing incoming correspondence, emails, and enquiries efficiently
- Maintaining organised records through data entry and filing systems
- Scheduling appointments
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and organising documents
- Supporting team members with general administrative duties to ensure operational efficiency
- Ensuring the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times
- Assisting the nurses with daily duties.
This role is ideal for a proactive individual seeking to enhance their administrative expertise as well as a hands on practical role within a supportive team environment.
