Summary
We are seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our team at Gentle Care Droitwich. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a smooth and efficient reception experience while supporting the overall operations of the practice.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and manage the reception area efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for dentists
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services offered.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage documentation.
- Assist with patient payments as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming for patients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role preferably in a Dental setting.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SOE software will be advantageous
