**The Opportunity**

Finatal are currently looking for a Head of FP&A for a Private Equity backed Insurance business. They have tripled revenue over the last couple of years through inorganic growth and are now at a pivotal point of the PE ownership whereby they will be lookingto consolidate the business alongside creating a best-in-class finance function fit for a dual track sale process.

The role will be focussed on business partnering with units to ensure a successful and ambitious business plan, detailed analysis of KPI dashboards and group projects to support key business decisions and enhancing growth via modelling for new acquisitions.

Coupled with this, the role will have full control of the FP&A function, working closely and directly reporting into a top calibre CFO.

Comfortable working across multiple entities with diverse operations, the role requires a hands-on approach with specific responsibilities for forecasting, budgeting, Cost Benefit analysis, cash flow management.

**The Role**
- Manage and develop the monthly Group performance reporting cycle, engaging with Senior Finance Team and business leaders to deliver timely value adding performance data
- Deliver monthly performance reports, analysis and commentary to the Group Board and Executive Management, ensure budget variances are explained and understood, highlight key issues, and develop actions as required to deliver the Group plan.
- Expense management. Monthly Group expense, reporting vs budget and forecast.
- Develop a partnering model with Group functions, working with and challenging these functions to spend optimally and within budget.

**Requirements**:

- ACA, ACCA, CIMA Qualified, between 4-10 years post qualified
- Financial services experience
- Experience analysing and managing execution of M&A
- Experience with FP&A tools such as Anaplan, Vena, TM1 or Datarails
- Commercially driven and experience with business partnering
