As a positive, confident and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor you will have the desire to help, guide and assist our customers with their account queries and complaints.

Sports and betting knowledge is not essential as we have a dedicated and comprehensive training plan which starts from your first day. For the first 6 weeks successful applicants should be available to work any 5 days from 7 between the hours of 07:00 and23:00 before joining the Nights’ team where your training and development will continue to ensure you succeed in your bet365 career.

The night shift working week runs Monday through to Sunday and is followed with 7 nights off. A typical night shift might start at 20:00 and finish at 07:30, however, we would require an element of flexibility during major sporting events. This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working policy where you will have the option to work up to three days from home.

**Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience**:

- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Good listening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Effective problem solving.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience in a customer facing role preferred but not essential.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Providing a positive customer experience and first time resolution.
- Liaising with internal departments in order to resolve our customers’ queries.
- Using internal tools to assist and take ownership of your customer query.
- Escalating queries where necessary.
- Investigating issues thoroughly.
- Promoting safer gambling.
