**The Company**:
Eurotank Installations Limited are part of the Eurotank Service Group Ltd (“ESG”) which is one of the UK’s leading providers of a full range of services to the retail fuel industry. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our friendly office in Sowerby Bridge, who is interested in developing their skills and learning about an exciting industry.
**The Role**:
Based in our Sowerby Bridge Office, the role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Group business and operations team ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently, make sure the management system is managed, updated, current and accurate. Duties include:
- Add reviewing managing notes on job watch
- General housekeeping on jobwatch
- Managing training requirements of engineers
- Ensuring assets are up to date on job watch and assigned correctly
- Maintaining blackline and compliance of units
- Logging calls
- Closing down calls on customer portals
- Actioning of completed calls
- Monitor EI inbox
- Holiday request
- Log near miss reports
- Helping to put the generic documents in to site files
- Vehicle MOTs/Services/Defects
- Help liaise with Engineers on site, see if they can assist in anyway
- Hotel requests

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
