It's an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join our established contact centre team whether you have call centre experience or if it’s a new challenge you are seeking, we want to hear from you. Our current team is a team of 12 team members, and we provide all training is provided inhouse.

This role comes with an OTE of 28k 40 hours per week with Overtime available, and a range of company benefits.

Customer service is our main goal and the Inbound Booking Advisor plays a pivotal role in providing world class customer experiences for our customers who want to book their vehicle is due a service or MOT at the local branch at a time that is most convenient to them.

As an Inbound Booking Advisor, you'll be expected to do the following:
Use your excellent communication skills to assist our customers and assign appointments.
Provide peace of mind by finding the right solution for every customer.
Build rapport with customers, get to know their individual needs, and put their interests first.

Shift patterns available are:
Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm and 1 Saturday in every 4 8am-12.30pm.

Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm and 1 Saturday in every 4 8am-12.30pm.

**About you**

**You will have heaps of passion for providing first class customer service. You will be enthusiastic to learn the role and can think on your feet when dealing with our customers.

You will be at ease with Microsoft software and will be quick to learn new systems.

Our Inbound Booking Advisors work hard as part of a supportive and dynamic team to achieve customer service standards.
