**Job Vacancy: Customer Advisor - Contact Centre**
**Location**: Office-based, Newcastle
**Department**: Customer Contact Centres / Customer Engagement
**Salary**: £12,375 basic, with an OTE of £16,000 per year
**Hours**: Part-time working 22.5 hours per week Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 10am to 6pm
**About the Role**
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Advisor, where you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience for Lookers. Working closely with our dealership sales and aftersales teams, you’ll drive bookings and appointments while upholding the brand's high standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Book service, MOT, and maintenance appointments, with a focus on customer retention and upsell opportunities through inbound and outbound calls.
- Meet and exceed customer service expectations by maintaining strong relationships with customers and adhering to all brand and manufacturer standards.
- Utilise Lookers’ technologies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
**Skills & Competencies**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong teamwork and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Awareness of industry standards and data protection regulations.
