Our client, an expert in Fleet Management Operations provide corporate, international & SME clients with tailored fleet management solutions. We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging **Customer Relationship Advisor** to manage a number of customer accounts.

**The Role**:
**Working as a Customer Relationship Advisor you will join a close knit, friendly team environment and you will have the following responsibilities;**
- To own the customer and the end to end processes associated to the customer, with a specific focus on developing meaningful relationships with client key contacts.
- To deliver accountabilities in line with objectives and personal development plan set.
- To make decisions based on the customer’s priorities and internal business deliverables, with decisions based on best intentions.
- Collaboration with team members to ensure all client contracts are supported effectively.
- To ensure that data quality is maintained, highlighting, or correcting any errors or omissions.
- To provide customer reporting with complete accuracy in line with customer date requirements.

**About you**:

- Experience of working within a customer service/ internal account management environment
- Working knowledge of MS office, especially MS Excel
- Experience of delivery a first class customer experience
- Task prioritisation skills, and the ability to adapt to changes quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Full UK clean driving licence
