This is your chance to play a key role in shaping the future of customer engagement at Lookers driving bookings delivering exceptional service and supporting key sales and aftersales activity.As a Customer Advisor youll be at the front line of interaction with our customers handling calls emails live chats and digital enquiries. Youll use technology and your product knowledge to turn opportunities into bookings and ensure every interaction reflects our brand values and high standards.What Youll Be Doing Service & Aftersales SupportBooking essential maintenance efficiently and accurately via Outbound callsPromote and sell service plans to retain customersIdentify upsell opportunities during bookingProvide consistent and professional responses to all enquiry types Customer Experience DeliveryMaintain a friendly engaging and helpful tone across all channelsEnsure customer service aligns with Lookers and manufacturer standards Quality & PerformanceMeet or exceed performance expectations across outbound activityMaintain high-quality notes recall checks and accurate data entryAct as an extension of the dealership team both sales and aftersalesSupport lead generation for new/used vehicle sales Technology & ProcessesUse Lookers systems and CRM platforms efficientlyKeep up to date with brand product and system trainingEnsure GDPR compliance and data accuracy in all interactions Working with OthersBuild supportive relationships with colleagues and dealership teamsTake ownership of problems and follow them through to resolutionChampion a positive collaborative and customer-focused culture Learning & DevelopmentComplete all mandatory Lookers and manufacturer trainingStay updated on changes in product offerings FCA guidelines and legislationContinuously improve your communication organisation and sales skillsWhat Were Looking For Previous experience in a customer service contact centre or sales environment (preferred) Strong communication skills written and verbal Confident working with technology and CRM systems Target-driven mindset with attention to detail Team player who enjoys helping others and learning new skills Flexibility to work on a rota including weekends and bank holidaysWhy Join LookersAt Lookers we pride ourselves on creating a dynamic inclusive and supportive environment where our people thrive.
