**Inbound Sales Advisor**
**£19,760 Plus bonus (OTE £22,000)**
**Monday - Saturday, rotational shift pattern between**
**Permanent, full-time**
**Work from home (UK Wide)**

Red Dot Recruitment are working in partnership with a global outsourcing company who are looking for X3 Remote Inbound Sales Executives to start immediately. The role will be working on behalf of a leading energy provider, handling inbound calls from existing customers who are coming to the end of their contract. Your job will be to build rapport with these customers, maximise sales opportunities and retain the customers within the business.

**The Inbound Sales Advisor role will include**:

- Handling inbound calls from existing customers who are due to renew their contract
- Upselling and retaining customers
- Solving problems, going the extra mile to provide a fantastic customer service
- Ability to construct and complete multiple sales
- Working towards monthly targets and KPI
- Processing orders and updating customer accounts with relevant detail in an accurate and timely manner

**As a Inbound Sales Advisor, you will receive the following**:

- **£19,000 basic salary**:

- **Earn up to £1k per month bonus** (depending on your performance)
